I have been trying to access BB&T's website for over a week now with no luck. I can't even access their Contact page to submit a complaint, let alone access my bank account info. Please fix this!

I am still unable to access BB&T's website and have been unable to do so for the past week. Very frustrating not to be able to access my account. Come on BB&T, this is very unprofessional and not at all good customer relations!!
I contacted BB&T web services on Monday & they took my IP address, telling me that they would make sure that at least my address could get through to their page. However, I still cannot access their page! The web service contact asked me to PING their site & it worked, so they have a major glitch as their information is showing that we should be able to access their website. My advice is that each of you contact BB&T web services directly at 888 228 6654. Maybe if they get enough customers complaining directly to them, they will actually fix the problem!
