All my books disappeared around 230am last night, not only from my tablet, but their website.

All of my content also dissappeared, but only from the website, not my nook, iPad or iPhone. I stopped at the store to ask about it, and they said they are having trouble with their servers. They didn't know when it would be fixed, but it was not a planned outage.
I have the same problem. Talked briefly with customer service support who said he was unable to help because the tools they use were unavailable. A pretty serious problem when the customer service group can't even take a trouble ticket over the phone.
