I have been trying for several days to log in on app and gave not been able to. It either has the spinning wheel of death or tells me that my info is not correct.

I have been trying to log in to my online banking and it won't let me it keeps saying call this number but the wait is so long they hang up on me after about 20minutes.please help me fix this situation
