Have not been able to login to my account via the app or the computer since July 5th. What is going on! I need access to my account immediately!

Trying to access my account to transfer money and I've been trying since July 5th. I've received no communication on this outage and I need access to my account. I live out of state and cannot get to a branch location. The companies lack of communication and responsiveness is unacceptable.
