If I have late payment charges and you don't reimburse me for this, because I am out of the country and can't pay bills online, I will close my checking, savings, retirement and brokerages accounts that I have with BANK OF AMERICA.
I am in the same situation since March 7th. Have not been able to log on to do on line banking, which I rely upon because I am out of the country. I have talked to Customer Service, but there has been no follow up from the Technical office yet. Was told 3-5 days for that to happen, on Sunday the 10th. It is a very frustrating situation, and I will also have to reconsider banking with Bank of America when I return to the States.
