when logging into b of a site, keeps kicking back to main page

Website states security problem and not able to get to my account. Macafee states could be someone wanting to fool me and warns not to continue.

Website kicks me back to home page; it has a green color on the address bar and says that it was verified by VeriSign. It asks me for atm card number, pin, social security number.
