Bank of America website login has been down for more than 8 hours. They did not realize it because their tech support site was not up until 8 am somewhere in USA. I am in Asia and discovered the problem early, but to no avail. Its now 10:45 am EDT in USA and just talke to BOA representative by phone. He indicated they have a team working on the problem and they anticipate it will be back up in a couple of hours. Its amusing that even to report a problem with the website you have to be logged in. Perhaps a design flaw.
