Can't access login page / Website is taking forever to load....

I cannot access the website from my mobile devise or home computer. on the mobile devise is get a message that says "sorry our mobile internet banking is unavailable at this time" and on the home computer it just won't load. I can load other websites with out trouble. We recently moved to Canada so I am trying to connect from Canada. The first three weeks we were here I had no difficulties logging in.
