Unable to sign into BoA online banking

So irritating.  Apparently, each person (even though they share the same accounts) has their own online profile.  I cannot log in using my husbands (which I thought was both of ours) because it won't recognize my computer. So I enroll myself, and then afer putting in my login ID, it brings me back to the sign on page, can't even see my sitekey or enter password.  This is REDICULOUS.  Getting ready to say goodbye to BOA after 14 years, too much hassle!
