Can not transfer money in same account.

Transfer is not working, and the phone system is down. Very inconvenient.

Out of the same problem (with not knowing about the system down), I chat with an agent named "Rebeca" who insisted that I needed to change the browser to "Google Chrome" to initiate a transfer. Almost at the end of the conversation, I said "Oh my God. I won't change the browser. If that is the only option you have, let's finish the chat. I am not in a hurry, and if BoA system does have errors with Firefox now, there will be some updates soon. By the way, this is a real nonsense. You should have tried to find another reason, because I am sure that it (browser) is not the cause of the problem." And the agent Rebeca said "I would like to share that by changing the browser you will be able to initiate a transfer. I would like to share that many customers get the error due to Browser and when they change the browser then they are able to initiate a transfer."

How foolish does BoA think an ordinary customer is? I am totally upset at the end of the fifteen minutes chat.
