Tells me login/password is wrong

Tried logging in 5 times with user/password combo that has worked for years. Tells me its wrong and I'm down to my last try.

tried logging in several times ... msg states its incorrect name/passcode ... after another attempt I'm asked for answer to one of the security questions ... warns I'm at my last chance before lockout ... asks for acct # and SS # then pauses and nothing happens. Tied reaching BoA main Customer Service via phone ... on hold for 30 + minutes and then msg "Sorry The Rewards Center closed"
