It has been almost a week now since I spent an hour on the phone with "Tech Support" and they couldn't fix my problem (site always "too busy" or "not available"). They said someone would call me in a couple of days to help further. Haven't been able to login for 12 days. This is the only site with which I have problems. I guess it is time for a new bank.

Was it Sally in Arizona? Been going through the same thing this past week. I had an account disappear and nobody can tell me why.
