Bank syst are down in Norcross area where I live. This is the 2nd time in 2 months this has happened. Unfortunately each time I have to wait for an extended time in the ATA queue as I need to withdraw a large amount. This is not good enough.

System in New Braunfels Texas is down, no access to video teller either........
Can't deposit and change cash. REALLY inconvient at this time. Seems this is happening more and more at BoA. It's about time there was some accountability and the CIO was fired - it's either a hack and there wasn't enough invested in security, or it's a failure and there wasn't enough invested in infrastructure. And now they want to add fees for using debit cards!?! hold someone in a high enough position accountable for this fiasco.
