Site down for two days in New Mexico

BoA customer service has no answer. They tell me to keep trying every hour.

Talked to customer service again; the guy said he "reset the server." Still can't get in through Safari on iPad, but can through Google Chrome. After the "reset," I can now get in through Explorer on laptop. Go figure.
