for probably more than a year now, i havnt been able to get on the side!!! very irritating when u dont have a phone to just call!!!

Try this: Click on Bank, then click on Online Banking on the drop down menu. The red block at the top of the page shows Sign in to Online Banking on the right. Click on it and enter your data. It will get you into the site.
Site seems to have been down at least a couple of days. What a pain.
