Sign In on BofA Website in Massachusetts Not Working

CNET and other media outlets have reported prior outages for the BofA online banking system in the past couple of years.  Well it seems today July 17th 2011 is yet another occurrence!  I have been unable to log in into the site for the last 6 hours today. I called BofA technical support 1.800.933.6262 and was able to talk to a rep who confirmed the general outage but couldn't provide a firm recovery time.  Maybe tonight or tomorrow as the answer!

Fan-freaking-tastic. Isn't it great that they FORCE mortgage customers (who didn't want to do business with them in the first place!) to accept online only statements and then don't make those statements available to them?! Nice.
