Bank of America SafePass not working. Cannot access my account from either a PC or my mobile phone!
SafePass still down - just spoke to BOA Cu Service - tried to debug my specific account issue - did not even know Safepass was down. This is just reflective of poor user experience offered by BOA. On login page there should be a clear indication of site & services status. I guess they have not really moved from bricks&mortar to online cloud presence. Hopefully some of the more nimble online banks will shame them into improving the online experience before I totally switch.
I'm having the same problem with safepass login. Doesn't work for Avant browser but does for IE 9.
