I have tried to log into BOA website all day, takes a very long time to load, put in my online id then it finally comes up website is too busy to show the web page

When I try to schedule a mortgage payment, it takes me to a message page and won't let me schedule the payment. it just loops back around. Very frustrating!
I have been having issues logging on to my accounts for weeks now. Is there an ongoing problem with the boa website? It is getting really ridiculous. I have accounts that probably have a payment due, but I can't log on to pay them or even see them. Is boa even looking at these issues? does anyone from boa even look at this site for downtime reports? I am apparently not the only one experiencing these logon issues. I have used IE as well as Chrome thinking maybe it was something with the browser but no luck. I need someone to contact me today if possible.
Are you folks using older macs? e.g. Mac os x tiger. If so, it's possible it's a rendering issue by the browsers. I'm having a similar problem with my mother's intel mac mini which is running mac os x tiger as well as my own pmac G5 with os x tiger. BOA loads and works on my windows 7 machine, as well as my first gen ipad, so it so far looks to be an issue of BOA possibly using code on their websites that older browsers do not like or can't handle.
