completely unacceptable. The ability to transfer funds has been down for over 1 week, according to BofA Customer Service. And Funds Transfer Dept is completely overloaded. I've been on hold for 30 min plus for two days. Terribly annoying music and BS info. WTH is going on? I will strongly consider not using BofA in the future. And telling everyone I know to do the same.
