Mobile App not working & Can't login from computer in Orange County Ca

was able to login to mobile banking but after 5 minutes, it said that there is a server problem.  When login-ing on to a computer, it says asks for my login information than hangs on the password screen once you go to click submit

In South Carolina. BOA online not working here. Dang, it is the first business day of the month. I uderstand Toronto Dominio (TD) bank does not experience these problems. Anyone know? Tired of BOA online banking going down repeatly.
