It is your browser. Could not access from Safari but can access from internet explorer on PC

I couldn't log in. Site would not load. I am on an apple laptop. My mom said she had no problems. Tried it on my personal PC using internet explorer and the site loaded and fully functioned. Hope this helps some of you.

I have had no problem logging in to site from my Mac ....my iPad/iPhone can access as well. The site, however, does not work properly...I have been unable to reconcile my acct for well over a week. As soon as you log out of your acct what you previously reconciled reverts back to "C" (cleared). I spoke ith customer service who was no help at all. They indicated they were aware of the problem and anticipate a fix in "a few weeks". I sent an email hoping for a better response and received a form letter in return. Frustrated? Hell yes! And they have the audacity to say its not their problem??? People, we've all been had!
