Problem corrected for BofA Internet Explorer issue. Tech called and said to go into your Internet Explorer, Tools, Internet Options, Advanced tab and all the way down to the bottom and check your SLS and TLS settings. The TLS should only be on 1.0 and 1.1 and 1.2. If you uncheck 1.1 & 1.2 you can get into their site. Seemed to work for me. Good luck all.
