Problem with MS IE is that it supports TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2. When either is enabled slacker websites secure (https) pages, like Bank of America's main and SSO sites, that do not support those versions will not be accessible by the browser. You have to disable TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2 to access the page.

I had the same problem. I contacted BOA customer service / tech support and they were unable to help. They claimed a trouble ticket was being created and they would contact me. 2 days later and no contact...... I found the fix for this problem. In the Tools menu select Internet Options. On the Advanced Tab use the Restore Advanced Settings button to restore the browser to the original factory settings. Restart the browser and BOA should now work properly. I never made any changes to the settings from their defaults but can only assume that one or more settings have been recently changed by a Microsoft security update or some other program, causing BOA to not work. This restore fixed me up entirely with no thanks to BOA tech support for any useful assistance. Hope this may help somnebody else. Larry

Had the same issue with BOA. Changed the settings (unchecked TLS 1.1 and 1.2) and it worked for me too. Thanx!!!!!
