Unable to log in to Online banking-getting internal server error. Any update on getting this fixed please? Or any work around available?

Why is there no explanation on the website? Why do you have to sign into online banking to send an email inquiry when you cannot log into online banking? Why, when I call do they not have an update on the phone instead of saying my wait time is at least 16 minutes?
