I COULDN'T LOG OUT AND I GOT LOCKED OUT OF MY OWN ACCOUNT!!!

On 10-11-2012, around 10-11pm, I successfully logged into my account. I was done with my bill pay but I couldn't log out of my account. I thought it was odd, so I kept refreshing the page and I kept getting webpage errors. So I ran a virus scan on my computer, just to be safe. In the mean time, I closed the screen, reloaded IE, re-logged in, and it asked me to answer my security question, but there WAS NO QUESTION!!! Eventually I GOT LOCKED OUT OF MY OWN ACCOUNT!!! IT ASKED TO MAKE A NEW SITE KEY AND 3 NEW QUESTIONS - WTF? CHECK THIS OUT, THE BOXES TO SELECT SECURITY QUESTIONS - THERE ARE NO QUESTIONS!!! I'M FREAKING THE f!*# OUT, I GOTTA GET MY MY DAMN MONEY OUT!!! THIS IS WAY FISHY!!!
