i can not open bank of america but didnt have trouble last week

i have chrome and microsoft edge and cannot open but if i use my i pad i can get in, whats the problem, i did call the bank today and they didnt know anything about it

how do i straighten this out, i cannot do my banking or bill paying and when i called today they didnt know anything about it, just said to keep trying.

i can get in on safari but thats about it
