Haven't been able to sign in by PC or mobile application since late Friday

Have not been able to access Bank of America website since late Friday evening (10/14). I called three times today, the first two were baffled, saying that they did not see any notices of outages. One suggested that I switch browsers, in which case I laughed. Finally, the third call I got seemingly the only employee on the technical support desk that was aware of an outage. Said it would be back no later than 10pm Sunday (10/16). Would have been nice to have this information on the homepage of the site. Then again, that would not be good for an already unreliable website.

This is a follow-up to my original post. The site is still down and they take chat and email correspondence only after you have logged into their site.
