Trying to Log Out I get this message -
SRVE0255E: A WebGroup/Virtual Host to handle /Control.do has not been defined.
SRVE0255E: A WebGroup/Virtual Host to handle www.bankofamerica.com:443 has not been defined.
IBM WebSphere Application Server
SRVE0255E: A WebGroup/Virtual Host to handle /index.jsp has not been defined.
I do not know what "being defined" means - can you tell me? Is it something I should be concerned about?
Don't worry. It happens with all kinds of application that gets developed and does not get tested properly. Developer would have not tested this.
Finally we get to know that Bank Of America is using IBM Websphere and front end server is running on 443. :) We know details about what software BankOfAmerica is using :)
Thank you Jack. I found NO PROBLEM encountered when I went to BOA using Internet Explorer instead of Google Chrome. So I'll stick with IE for banking now.
IE8 not working for BofA online access...had to resort to firefox!!!..BofA is not admitting any thing is down...
Cannot access online bill pay at all from IE8 browser. has now bee done for 3 days since 9/21/13
