Can't use Shop Safe

I've been having the same problem. One of the largest banks in the USA and they can't seem to keep their website running smoothly. The only reason I stay with them is because of Shopsafe, as buggy as it is. I think it's time to take a hard look at Citi Bank, I hear they offer a virtual card as well

I'm having the same problem. ShopSafe never seems to work consistently and a lot of times not at all. I was unable to buy any of the online sales stuff for this past President's Day. Very unhappy. I wrote an email to Bank of America CEO, but have not heard anything back yet. Their Customer Service Reps are a joke. Been with them since 1987, but I think it's time to make a switch.
