Can't mark debit or atm transactions as cleared

For the past week, unable to mark debit or atm transactions as reconciled. Direct deposits, checks, and transfers are still functional. Clicking the "C" button for an ATM or debit transaction changes to "R" (reconciled), however a javascript error occurs and the site does not remember that I have marked them as reconciled. This occurs in firefox and chrome on Ubuntu Linux, and on firefox, chrome, and IE on Windows 7.

I've been having this issue for over a week now. I've tried Chrome, Firefox and IE on several different computers. I called online technical support and was told it was supposed to have been working last week. It's a huge inconvenience and an embarrassment on BoA's behalf.

Same problem....have tried for over a week to reconcile my acct and am unable...spoke with cuts service and they were totally unhelpful.....they could at least post a notice concerning the problem so that we dont keep wasting our time!
