hi all, just tried loggin on both on my phone and as well at work and says my online id is not active, which isnt true since i signed on 3 hours early in the day, also tried calling the 1.800.432.1000 for telephonr banking was told network is busy, so something must be going on, hopefully resolved shortly

unable to log on to account on computer and mobile. This has happened before once I had already logged onto the account earlier and signed off. Is there a limit to the amount of times you are allowed to access your account?
For over a week I have been unable to open bill pay.
