can't log on and looks different

I got an email saying Bankof america has blocked your account due to unauthorized activity. suspect a phishing scheme, so checked site. Got same as other previous reports going to a non-familiary page and no login.

I just spent 1 hour with the B of A online folks who denied ANY website problems. After even they were frustrated, I was given a "technical ticket #" and told someone will get back to me in 48 to 72 hours. In the mean while I cannot use their on-line banking to pay my bills as I have all these years. Can't they at least be honest and say they are having web site prolems. BTW, the only web page of theirs I CAN access is one showing a "bonus cash back offer if I sign up for their new BankAmericard Cash Rewards Credit Card. This page does have an "On-line Banking" sign-in link but takes me to a "cannot open website" error message. Transparency, B of A!!! my patience is wearing thin and I am looking at a bank who can at least be honest...
