Can't log in. All it will let me do is fill out an auto loan app.
Banks card comes back as bad accoint number. Long phone waits.
Online banking site has been unavailable for a couple hours on 12/22/13, around 9:30-11:30 pm. No technical support available by phone or online chat.
I haven't been able to log in for days...also the 800 number seems to be offline.
I couldn't get on either...it said I have no active accounts. Well, I had a payment scheduled for Dec 26th, so I was confused. I called the 800 number and it turns out my account was transferred to another serving company. No notice, no nothing...not even contact from the other company...I know the selling of mortgages is common practice, but shouldn't some communication be in order here?
I was able to login when using Firefox instead of IE
