BOA Customer Service for On-Line Banking tells me that they were doing an upgrade Saturday July 16th, things went bad, they had NOBODY ON STAFF for the weekend to solve this issue. They are now working the problem, we can expect service to be restored sometime --> TUESDAY MAYBE, can you believe this!
