I can't log in to BOA online banking with my online ID, and i'm sure that the ID I wrote was correct.

Have been trying to login to my BOA account for 2 days! I am unable to make very important transactions and I have received useless assistance from a borderline rude customer service representative. I am very disappointed as I have had only valuable and professional assistance in the past. CML
