Bank Of America only uses 128 bit encryption. This is too low and considered unsafe so Internet Explorer blocks the site. See this knowledge base article for details. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2744241 My fix was to use Chrome. It doesn't care about the weak encryption. Of course the bigger issue is why does Bank of America not protect our information with stronger encryption (1024 bit and above). Perhaps the better solution is to pick a different bank and not a different browser.
