Can't access the online site or mobile site

I have tried several times to access my bank information via my desktop computer and my mobile device and to no avail. This is very upseting and I want to know when the bank of america site will be back up. I can't access my accounts to check or update information or make transfers. This is bad business and I have been with BOA for 5 plus years now and if this was going to happen we should have recieved some sort of warning.
