Cannot login to pay bill

This has been a problem for me for 2 months now. I am trying to make my account current but if I cannot log in.... Also - what is the point of making a comment and not wishing to be anonymous about it if you have to sign in to do that - AND THE SITE DOES NOT SLLOW YOU TO SIGN IN! We have no choice but to be anonymous!!!
