Cannot login and need to print statemeng

Your online login to account access is terrible. I paid off this credit card and then cancelled the credit card by phone, so that service stinks also. Now I'm being billed for a payout on a non existing account.. How do you figure this ???????? very interested in your explanation DISGUSTED EX HOLDER OF BANK AMERICA CARD PS I WILL NOT PAY THE CHARGE ON A NONEXISTENT CARD!!!!
