BofA website keeps asking for location after user ID entry
the problem is there is no way to provide location 'cause location dropdown is not available

unable to log in ... some days can - some days cannot. What is the problem? very frustrating, want to check on payments & charges.
It has registered my online ID wrongly... Won't let me sign out and sign in correctly... won't provide a location box that I can tick... I can't get into my accounts..statements...What the heck is going on?
