Having same problem for past 4 days now. BOA says it's the first time they've heard of this problem! Unacceptable customer service-no information on their website and they're not answering their phone (on hold for nearly an hour before deciding to just give up). How inconsiderate of people's time! Will be cancelling their card.
IE10 will not work on bill pay at BOA. Use chrome browser and all will be fine.
