Cannot access some links

Able to access some pages but statements and other links are not working. I tried to access CUSTOMER SERVICE link, it does not work!

BOFA csr service suggest entering www.bankofamerica.com - rather than going thru google..it worked..3/5/13 - 9:45a PST

Tried as single URL entry, (not from Google page) did not work. Tried through diffferent search engine, did not work. Tried eliminating the "s" in https... kept putting the "s" back, did not work. Tried at least 6 or 7 different ways, different times, did not work.
