Home page visible, but I cannot proceed from sign in page. Error message: Firefox can't find the server at secure.bankofamerica.com.

Login and can't navigate and couldn't log off. Then I could not signin
Have ben unable to login for past three days. I enter my online ID, and get a "ID doesn't match our records" message. When I go to the help section about online problems, it tells me to login and receive help that way. What an organization!
