can log in to b of a website to do online bill pay

fails to recognize my passcode. then suggests i enter card and pin.  do that.  goes to a white window ... nothing happens.  tried different browser, same thing.  back to safari, try again, tells me ... locked out, too many attempts ... have had this happen 3 months in a row now.  attempt to pay bills on line.  same crap all 3 times ... might be time to change banks ... been w b of a since 1978.  tired of this B.S.
