Called Online Banking Tech Support for answers/reasons why BOA inaccessible using IE9. Associate denies customers having access issues, however, did recommend trying alternate browser. When I asserted myself Associate went into IE browser troubleshooting mode. Arguing proved futile, so I followed troubleshooting recommendations...no change, website still inaccessible. Maybe folks should inundate Tech Support line with complaint calls.

I have not been able to get on to Bank of America's website. This started last Friday, Jan. 5, 2018. I called them and they could not figure it out.
