BOA site still down using IE9

Called Online Banking Tech Support for answers/reasons why BOA inaccessible using IE9. Associate denies customers having access issues, however, did recommend trying alternate browser. When I asserted myself Associate went into IE browser troubleshooting mode. Arguing proved futile, so I followed troubleshooting recommendations...no change, website still inaccessible. Maybe folks should inundate Tech Support line with complaint calls.

Try this way and it will work. Go to search and enter bank of america foreclosures. Click on that website and it will bring you to a page with a sign on at the top. Click that and on the left side you will see online click that and you can put in your id and so on.

thankyou! this worked for me. going crazy trying to figure out why I couldn't connect with this one site with the IE browser.(Firefox did connect though-think it is IE9 problem? all of a sudden, only the past 3-4 days it started happening) anyway grateful for your resolution.

I have not been able to get on to Bank of America's website. This started last Friday, Jan. 5, 2018. I called them and they could not figure it out.
