When trying to use bill pay or transfers, site generates an error that says services are not available. When I used online chat to report it, they said they had no reports of it being down.

We are unable to make a wire transfer since yesterday for release of a pereshible load and the service is not available. Who is going to pay the fine for not delivering on time, the cost of dumping the wrotten load and the cost of opportunity?
