I have the same issue. I just called their technical support and they said that they are aware of the problem and that it should be fixed by Friday (which is a holiday). They also indicated that this has been a problem since last Wednesday (11/14) which I find very hard to believe. I can't imagine people wouldn't be up in arms over the inability to transfer funds outside the bank for that long.
