cannot access att yahoo email - password not recognized. Tried to change and won't recognize my security questions either.
att email down, get message: unrecognized password and my stupid internet password request keeps popping up in my screen. What now folks?
I am unable to access my sbcglobal.net email. Rejects passwords, says connections failed, etc...
Bellsouth.net email down, will not recognize password or answers to security questions... 4days and counting! ATT was no help!
I called AT&T. After an hour, I learned that mysteriously, my account had been "suspended." We reinstated my account, but it still didn't work. Then, they had to reset my password. Once I created a new password after reinstating my account (had to be an error on their side, as we did nothing on our side to suspend the account), it started to work. Hope this info helps you.
