Cannot login to AT&T Wireless Account

I've tried all day to access my AT&T wireless account, but the site is not available.  I get the following error in Chrome:

 

This webpage is not available

The webpage at https://myattwx03.att.com:8443/commonLogin/igate_wam/multiLogin.do might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

Here are some suggestions:

Error 118 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT): The operation timed out.

I have been trying for over a week to get into my account. Of course, to try and get any customer service you have to log into your account first. Very frustrating. Can't say much for att.com

I can't get it to work in Chrome, IE, Firefox, nothing! I've tried logging in from different points on the website and I always get the same error. I've tried logging into to both my wireless and Uverse accounts and NOTHING WORKS!

I get the same error... Use the ATT app, that works.

SAME issue! I've been trying to login to my wireless account online for four days. Yes the at&t iphone app works, but not if you are looking to see when your contract is up, which is what I'm trying to do. Only info on app is for data usage and bill pay. And as aforementioned, you can't get any customer service if you don't log in. SO annoying and only making Verizon look more attractive, that is, if I can ever find out when my contract is up.

AARRGGH! At least I am not the only one this is happening to! I SOO want to get away from AT&T. Can't believe they are a COMMUNICATIONS company!!!

i have the same issue but when im using a different computer i can get in to my att account no problem. something about my computer (all browsers) preventing me from logging in to this site.

I tried another computer and it didn't change a thing. Neither my Mac or PC are allowing me to login, variety of servers, probably have tried 20+ times over the previous 5 days, nothing. Can get through fine on my iphone app, but as I mentioned above that doesn't allow me to access the part of the site I need.

I have the same problem. Can't get into website on my computer, but can from my iphone, only can't get the info I need. ATT is of no help they can't figure out what the problem is. Told me to remove the saved phone number from my computer, as my number changed with moving from NY to NC. I don't know how to do this and they can't help me either. I just started a two year contract with AT&T, but once it's over, I'm moving away from AT&T.

at&t's website is always down!! When I have called the customer service, I have done my dishes and made my bed! Took over 25 mins one day and always more than 15!! So frustrating!

I have the exact same thing. So THIS is "ENHANCING MY ONLINE EXPERIENCE"?? Do they mean as opposed to when I COULD login and get my account info?! What a bunch a pinheads...

I STILL CAN NOT LOG ON! IT'S BEEN 3 DAYS!!!!!!!!!! I TRIED CALLING AND MY HOLD TIME IS OVER 20 MINS. WHAT IS UP WITH THIS SO CALLED COMMUNICATIONS COMPANY??? AWFUL... NEVER HAD PROBLEMS LIKE THIS WITH ANY OTHER COMPANY. WISH I DID NOT HAVE A CONTRACT WITH THEM, OR I'D CANCEL AND GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm just about ready to end all business with AT&T. Consistent disappointment. Maybe AT&Ts real focus is with the feds and this is just extra income?

I'm just going to reply to you since you're at the bottom, hopefully everyone else will read this far down. Just reset clear your cookies/cache in your browser. For some reason, ATTs site has issues with this, it isn't down anymore.

It is most definitely still down. Deleting cookies/clearing cache makes absolutely no difference... "We are enhancing your online experience, and myAT&T is temporarily unavailable. We apologize for the inconvenience." Something is seriously wrong on their end.

I CANNOT LOG INTO MY WIRELESS ACCOUNT TO PAY MY BILL. I HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR FOUR DAYS. I HATE [email protected] WIRELESS. WE SHOULD HAVE NEVER LEFT VERIZON. AT LEAST THEY HAVE AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE. AT&T WHY DON'T YOU CANCEL MY ACCOUNT AND JUST LET ME GO. NO CHARGES! GUESS I'M STUCK WITH YOU FOR TWO YEARS. JUST WANT YOU TO KNOW I CAN'T STAND AT&T. YOUR COVERAGE SUCKS.

I cannot log in on 06/19/11. It is frustrating. However, if you just need to pay your bill, you can do that over the phone without having to talk to anyone by dialing *PAY aka (*729). Hope that helps D Skipper.

Does anybody have any issues with logging to the AT&T wireless billing site today or am I the only one? What is going on?

I've had the same problem for at least two months, and off and on since probably January. AT&T have given me a case number for it, which they were to get to last week. I've tried various methods and have spent five hours on the phone with customer service reps but nothing worked. The case is now in the hands of the "technical" department.

When you try to log into the website, it just takes you back to the login screen. No error. I've called twice now over the last couple of weeks. They said the first time they said give it a couple of days and if the website was still a problem they would reset my online access. Today the excuse was it was a known problem since JUNE! However the iPhone app still works fine.

I get the same thing happen to me. Im using safari. When i put in the password, it just refreshes the login page.

I can't believe they're still having problems with their site! How unprofessional!! It's like the company is run by Mickie Mouse! One of the things they promised is that you could log onto Uverse and set your DVR - which is pretty hard to do when the site is ALWAYS DOWN!! Grrrr

It is now 7/31/11 and I have not been able to log in for around 6 weeks. Thought I would wait it out and let them get it fixed.... When calling today, they said they had not heard of log in problems.!!?!?!!?!! Just google it and you'll see there is a big problem.... I spent over an hour on the phone and still cannot log in...

I am having the same problem on my MacBook when using Safari, but if I use Firefox I can get right in with no issue. Not sure if there is an issue with a recent update to my Mac or possibly Safari. Not entirely sure it isn't AT&T but seeing as how I can get in with one browser, It may not be. Perhaps a security setting in Safari is off??

Why can't I get type in my password? Site will not let me type in my password. This is getting annoying. I've tried all morning.

I've been trying to log in to the AT&T wireless account for MONTHS and still can't. Can't do it from ANY browsers or ANY computer. I called a few months ago, and they just reset my password, which did absolutely NOTHING. It's ridiculous.

Same problem - it just wont work. I couldnt even get the account centre page to load then I was told by ATT telephone service that their pages only work in Internet Explorer no other browser! When I Use IE 9 I get teh page opened but the submit button doesnt woerk so I still cany get it to my account at all. I wish ATT would put an explanation up about all this - I do not want to change my email my whole world knows it.

I'd love to buy a samsung s2 skyrocket, but the website is so slow the page never loads. I don't understand, you'd think AT&T would actually WANT new business, and not do everything possible to chase it away. But, if this is the best AT&T can do, then I guess I don't want them as a provider anyway. Thanks for helping me make my decision, AT&T

I have been trying for weeks to login my ring back tone account it won't let me I called ten times a day talk to everyone can't get no help they change my loggin like a million times still didn't work then they change my password n my phone number cause when I login it say I have multiple accounts on file for that phone number it's say am not the primary holder of the account the last time I check I was alone in time square in Manhatten getting my account is their anyone one here have any idea what is going on with this stupid company for as far technology cum n they can't fix it I bet if it was Verizon they would have already AT&T sucks Then half the web support don't even speak English

I have been a comcomer for 20 years with att. and they have made a big mistake on my bill .I have already took two cells off and if they don't help with my bill and get off these extra amounts we my family is disconnecting all accounts. this was att mistake and i'm not paying it. i have always paid my full bill and neverb late. but att sent a credit for $265.00 on cell and i took that amount off my payment. now my bill is like $650.00. and this is wrong. my husband and I r on fix income and can.t pay this amount. cause was not our fault that att texted me a message saying iu had a credit of $265.00.

To be honest I think we should all go to Verizon they r the best out their I had very good experience with them they help u in many way that they can help I know they expensive but trust me they service is very reliable n good no complain about Verizon. AT&T on the other hand is garbage I can't logging for over a month I still can't login they don't know y sp I guess if they can't help I should just fix it myself thanks att

same issue with me using safari, i can't pay my bill online. When i walk into a local ATT store to tell them about this they have no clue there is an issue but the 800 ATT # said it is an issue they are working on but no other vendor I log into has issues with safari and ATT calls itself a communication company and we are all having issues...w/e, and the sick part is, we are just trying to pay our bills. yes, i agree...att sucks.

I tried to login my cell phone account to see my bill it take forever wasting my time made me very upset I would to quit with .....at&t to get new phone company I had asked my wife many time. I'm sick off this with at&t website

I'm so fed up with the ATT website! The application doesn't work, either!! I had a login page pop up just a few minutes ago from their website. It had great big lettering, and gave only THREE options.. 1) add new line. 2) upgrade existing line 3) If you aren't spending money today.. we won't have you. lol. but seriously.. they are horrible at maintaining a website.. for shame, ATT!

I have just been reading the comments on the problems with your ATT web page since 2011 and its still SNAFU!

took me most of an hour just to find this page.  I couldn't find a place to contact the webmaster.

You have a Big problem with your Go-Phone Internet Page for customer accounts.
I sign into my account and I would like to change my email address.
If I click on ANY item in the left hand blue column, such as Change Password, it takes me back to the sign in page.
I sign in again and try a different item in the left column selection and back to the sign in page.                                               
None of the support areas seem to cover the WEB PAGE Problems.  Good luck,
