Same problem - it just wont work.
I couldnt even get the account centre page to load then I was told by ATT telephone service that their pages only work in Internet Explorer no other browser! When I Use IE 9 I get teh page opened but the submit button doesnt woerk so I still cany get it to my account at all. I wish ATT would put an explanation up about all this - I do not want to change my email my whole world knows it.
